Includes:
- 22 in. x 34 in. printed plan set (folded)
To scratch build the SPORTstik you’ll need:
- Balsa wood sheet stock (1/16, 3/32 in. and 1/8 in.)*
- Plywood sheet stock (1/32 and 1/16 in.)*
- Covering film, 1-2 rolls AeroLITE
- Hardware (10mm square fuselage and GWS Slow Stick fuselage plastic parts)
Balsa Strip Wood Required:
(Available from your local hobby or arts and crafts center)
- 2 Leading edge stock, 1/4 square x 24 in. length
- 2 Trailing edge stock, 1/8 x 3/4 x 24 in. length
- 2 Sub spar stock, 1/8 x 3/8 x 24 in. length
- 4 Spar stock, 3/32 x 3/16 x 24 in. length
- 4 Spar cap stock, 3/32 x 1/4 x 24 in. length
- 6 Turbulator spar stock, 1/8 x 3/16 x 24 in. length
Suggested Electronics:
- SA Sport Park BL-450 electric (or similar)
- SA Sport 30A Brushless ESC
- 4 – Hitec HS-55 servos
- 1 – Micro Receiver
